Christmas Time in Berlin
Hallo ihr Lieben,
vor einer Woche war ich wieder einmal in Berlin, was schon völlig im Weihnachtstaumel versunken ist. Am Sonntag war auch noch Verkaufsoffener Sonntag und so konnte ich mir die relativ neue Mall of Berlin einmal von innen anschauen.
Am Montag habe ich das tolle Wetter dann genutzt um neue Ecken in der Stadt zu erkunden, und war unter anderem in der Gedächtniskirche und an der East Side Gallery, wo noch die letzten Reste der Berliner Mauer stehen, was ich sehr beeindruckend fand. Gleichzeitig finde ich es nach wie vor unvorstellbar, dass man in seiner Bewegungsfreiheit eingeschränkt ist und mit der anderen Seite seiner Stadt durch eine Mauer getrennt ist.
Es gibt immer noch Ecken von Berlin, die ich noch nicht entdeckt habe und ich freue mich schon, wenn ich das nächste Mal da bin, um sie zu erkunden.
Nächste Woche geht es weiter mit der Weihnachtsstimmung, darauf könnt ihr schon gespannt sein :)

one week ago I was back in Berlin to see the city totally in love with christmas again. Also on that day were the stores open so that I could see the new mall called "Mall of Berlin" from the inside.
On monday I used the great weather to explore new corners of the city. for example the memorial church and the east side gallery, where you can see the last pieces of the berlin wall, what was really impressing for me. At the same time I think it is unbelievable that you are not free to go wherever you want and that your city is divided in 2 pieces because of a wall.
There are so many more corners of berlin i haven´t experienced yet and I am thrilled to explore so much more in this city.
Next week will be more christmas feelings on my blog, so you can be excited to see it :-)
