Summer Nails

Bunter Nagellack ist im Sommer immer im Trend und bringt Gute Laune. 
Diesen Sommer sind allerdings mehrschichtiges Nageldesign oder 3-D-Effekte besonders angesagt.

2 Varianten möchte ich euch heute vorstellen.



Colored Nails are always favorite Styles for Summer.
But this year, there are two special trends: multilayered naildesign and 3-D-Effects. 

Today I want to show you two variations.

 FIRST

Der erste Look ist der 3-D-Look. Für diesen habe ich als Grundton den grauen Lack von Manhattan aus der Marcel Ostertag Collection, Nr. 5 benutzt. Diesen trage ich zuerst auf den ersten Nagel auf.

The first Look is the 3-D-Effect-Look. For this I used a grey polish from Marcel Ostertag for Manhattan Collection, No. 5 (link see under the picture). At first I painted one nail with it.

 

Wenn der Lack noch nass ist, wird direkt der erste lackierte Nagel in das Döschen mit dem 3-D-Glitter eingetaucht und überschüssiges Glitter mit einem Pinsel wieder runtergestrichen.

With the polish still wet on my nail I dip my finger in the can with Glitter and erase surplus with a brush.

 

 

Das mache ich nun mit allen Nägeln der Reihe nach und zum Schluss bekomme ich ein Ergebnis, das mit Sicherheit auffällt. Ich finde den Trend super, würde meine Nägel aber eher für eine Party auf diese Weise gestalten, als für den Alltag.

In this way I styled all of my nails and let it dry. I really like this style but I think it's good when you want to go on party then for your everyday-style.

 

 

SECOND

Der zweite Look ist der mehrschichtige Lack, was heißt, dass ich zwei Lacke übereinander auftrage. Als Grundton habe ich hier den Color Show Lack von Maybelline in der Nuance 553 Purple Gem verwendet. Diesen trage ich zuerst auf alle Nägel auf und lasse die Farbe gut trocknen.

The second Look I tried is the multilayered Polish, what means that I used two nail polish on top of each other. As base polish I used the Color Show Polish by Maybelline No. 553 Purple Gem. In the first step I colored all of the nails with it and let it dry.

Als nächstes trage ich den Polka Dot Lack "201 Speckled Pink" auf. Dieser hat eine sehr flüssige Konsistenz, und ist nahezu durchsichtig bis auf die Punkte. Wenn ihr ein gutes Ergebnis haben wollt, empfehle ich euch, mit dem Pinsel richtig auf den Nagel zu tupfen, um die Punkte darauf zu verteilen.

In the next step I use the Polka Dot Polish No. 201 "Speckled Pink". The polish is very fluently and nearly transparent, so if you want good results you should dab the brush on your nail to spread the dots.

Zum Schluss lasse ich die Farbe gut trocknen und bekomme ein ebenfalls ausgefallenes Nageldesign, was aber durchaus alltagstauglich ist :)

At least I wait for the polish to dry and I get a very special nail design, too, but I think this is more useful for your everyday style then the first one. :)
